FUNCTIONS
Harsha Tile adhesives 600 Diamond, is a ready-to-use, high-performance polymer-enhanced white adhesive designed for versatile tile applications. Suitable for fixing glass mosaics, glass blocks, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles, and natural stones, it provides a reliable bond on diverse substrates like concrete and mortar beds. Its application extends to both interior and exterior settings, offering a convenient and effective solution for a range of tiling projects.
- Exceptional adhesion for secure vertical installations.
- Versatile across both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Ideal for premium materials—marble, glass mosaic tiles, glass blocks, and granite, because of its whiteness.
- Add 4-5 liters of water to a 20kg bag gradually, maintaining control over the water ratio.
- Mix by hand trowel or a slow-speed mixer for a smooth, uniform consistency. Allow the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes after mixing to mature. Avoid adding excess water.
- Before application, remix the paste to ensure consistency.
- Use the straight edge of the notch trowel to apply the mixture over the surface. Comb the tile adhesive with the notched side of the trowel for uniform thickness.
- Select a 6-10 mm notch trowel based on tile requirements.
- Ensure proper coverage on the tile's rear side for improved adhesion.
- Press the tile or stone into the adhesive. Use a rubber hammer or wooden roller to tap all four corners and the center for even spreading and air release.
- For glass mosaic tiles, place them over the adhesive, press evenly, and allow mortar to squeeze out from all joints for secure fixing.
- Harsha Tile adhesives 600 DIAMOND is estimated at 1.25-1.75 sqft per kg with a 3mm bed thickness. Actual coverage may vary based on surface conditions and the specific tile or stone used. Adjust quantities accordingly for optimal results.
- Harsha Tile adhesives 600 DIAMOND have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in sealed bags under dry conditions. Ensure proper storage to maintain product integrity and effectiveness.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact. Wash affected areas thoroughly if contact occurs. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
