FUNCTIONS
Harsha Tile Adhesive 500 Gold tile fixing mortar is a user-friendly, high-performance adhesive enriched with polymers for superior adhesion and durability. Its ready-to-use formula facilitates efficient bonding of vitrified tiles, ceramics, and natural stones on various cement based substrates, catering to both interior and exterior applications. This versatile mortar streamlines tiling processes, ensuring reliable, long-lasting results.
- Ideal for use on cementitious screeds and leveled floors, providing a reliable bond for tiles.
- Highly effective for tiling over existing tiles, simplifying renovation projects.
- With excellent non-slip adhesion properties, it is well-suited for vertical installations, ensuring secure attachment.
- Ideally suitable for both porous and non-porous old tiles on walls, offering versatility in tile replacement.
- A suitable material for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring consistent performance in diverse environments.
- Add 4-5 liters of water for a 20kg bag approximately.
- Blend thoroughly for a smooth mix; control water ratio using mechanical tools. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes without adding excess water.
- Allow the mixture to mature. Remix before applying.
- Apply using a notched trowel's straight edge, comb with the notched side for 6-10 mm thickness as per tile requirements.
- Ensure complete coverage for proper adhesion.
- Press tile in, tap corners and centre with a rubber hammer or wooden roller to release air, aiding even adhesive spread and strong tile-substrate binding.
MIXING:
APPLICATION:
- Will have coverage of 1.25 - 1.75 Sqft per kg for 3 mm bed thickness.
- 12 months in sealed bags if stored in dry conditions.
- Avoid contact with the skin for prolonged .periods. In case of any contact with your eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
