FUNCTIONS
Harsha Silver is a high-performance polymer-enhanced adhesive, ready for mixing, designed to securely affix a range of tiles, including vitrified, ceramic, and natural stones, onto diverse substrates such as concrete, mortar beds, and masonry.
- Application on Cementitious Leveled Floors: Suitable for use on cementitious leveled floors that have been cured on interior surfaces.
- Interior Vertical Surfaces: Applicable on interior vertical surfaces up to 5 feet, owing to its excellent adhesive properties.
- Ideal for Porous Tiles: Specifically suitable for fixing porous tiles on floors, ensuring a secure and lasting bond.
- Versatility on Cement Substrates: Can be utilized for the installation of tiles and stones over a variety of cement substrates, providing versatility in construction projects.
- Add approximately 4-5 litters of water to a 20kg bag.
- Mix gradually by hand or with a slow-speed mixer for a smooth, uniform consistency.
- Control water ratio during mechanical mixing.
- Allow the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes for maturing.
- Avoid excess water; remix before applying.
- Use the straight edge of a notched trowel to apply the mixture.
- Comb the applied adhesive with the notched side of the trowel for uniform thickness.
- Select a 6-10 mm notch trowel based on tile requirements.
- Ensure proper adhesive coverage on the tile's rear side for better adhesion.
Mixing
Application
- Press the tile or stone into the adhesive.
- Use a rubber hammer or wooden roller to tap all four corners and the center.
- This helps release trapped air, spread the adhesive evenly, and enhances binding between the tile and substrate.

- BS EN 12004 : 2017 Classification C1T
- Will have coverage of 1.5 - 2.5 Sqft per kg for 3 mm bed thickness.
- 12 months in sealed bags if stored in dry conditions.
- Avoid contact with the skin for prolonged periods In case of any contact with your eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
